As we celebrate the end of an incredible year, remember that indulgence and nourishment can go hand in hand. Here are some simple tips to enjoy New Year’s Eve while setting yourself up for success in 2025:

🌟 Alternate your cocktails with water. We love a hydrated girlie (guys too!)
🌟 Balance: Fill up on protein and fruit/veggies before indulging in treats to keep cravings in check. Smash a veggie platter. I dare you.
🌟 Mindful Celebrations: Savor your favorite dishes without guilt. It’s all about moderation, not deprivation! Eat a slice, not the whole thing!
🌟 Plan Ahead: Set an intention for how you want to feel tomorrow. If you wake up feeling like crap, you did it to yourself. No complaining! Follow the tips above to not feel like 💩

It’s easy to let one holiday snowball into weeks of poor choices. Thanksgiving may have derailed your nutrition, but with Christmas and New Year’s around the corner, you don’t have to keep going downhill.

This is your reminder: One day or one week doesn’t define your journey. Start fresh now. Plan your meals, prioritize protein and hydration, and allow for balance—not perfection.

Healthy eating isn’t about restriction; it’s about balance. An easy way to start towards a healthier lifestyle is by adding more whole foods to your meals—think fresh fruits, veggies, lean proteins, and whole grains. These foods are packed with nutrients, give you lasting energy, and help you crush those workouts and recover better! 💪

Remember, small changes add up. Drink more water, choose whole foods more often, and cook at home instead of eating out ALL the time.

Quick, nutritious, and delicious! Rotisserie chickens are a lifesaver for balanced meals on busy days. Packed with protein, they’re perfect for wholesome dinners and easy meal prep.

Some of our favorite quick meals are salads, stir fry, soups, or straight up eating it with our hands standing in the kitchen.
