That arthritis destroys your knee.
That a herniated disc ruins your spine.
That pain means something is broken.
So what do people do?
They stop moving.
They protect.
They avoid.

But here’s the truth:
It’s not the diagnosis that limits you.
It’s the fear of using your body.
