"I had a hard time finding a physical therapy office who accepts children. Iโ€™m so glad we found FYZICAL. Patrick was so great with my daughter. He made physical therapy a fun experience for her. She was excited to go to her appointments every week. We started in crutches and left running. Overall we had a wonderful experience. I highly recommend!"

Whether at work or home, posture is prevalent to all individuals. Everyone has a unique posture, however there are general rules one can follow to improve posture, alleviate pain and feel refreshed when sitting for long periods of time. Things like keeping your lower body stable, activating your core and staying active are all ways to adjust your posture positively. Back pain, headaches and stiffness may occur if you have bad posture, but are mostly preventative if you keep these rules in mind.

Fortunately, now there are apps, like Taskfulness and Forest that limit these temptations while you focus on whatโ€™s important. Out of sight, out of mind. Put your phone in another room, try noise-cancelling headphones and mute notifications. Donโ€™t let the desire to be connected to more simulating objects win against your objectives to finish your work and be productive.
