This month, we’ll be breathing to •release• so that way you can move into this next season of your life in ALL of your power 🙏🏼

How Breathwork Facilitates Release👇🏼
* Nervous System Regulation: Specific breathing patterns stimulate the autonomic nervous system, helping to move your body from the sympathetic nervous system (fight-or-flight) to the parasympathetic nervous system (rest-and-digest). 

* Emotional Processing: By focusing on the breath, the emotional charge connected to past experiences can dissipate. Each exhale becomes an opportunity to let go of feelings like anger, frustration, and grief. 

* Body-Mind Connection: Breathwork creates a conscious connection between the breath, the body, and the mind, allowing you to become more aware of and release suppressed thoughts and emotions. 

* Physiological Shifts: Intense breathwork can lead to a physiological shift that may cause the body to release endorphins and other chemicals, potentially creating a more open and receptive state for emotional processing.

Are you ready to deepen your yoga practice, explore yoga philosophy, and gain the skills to teach others? Our 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) is designed for anyone looking to become a certified yoga teacher or simply enhance their personal practice. This transformative program is Yoga Alliance registered and led by expert instructors, Beth Funk, Ed.D., E-RYT500, and Amanda Brown, E-RYT500. ❤️

Whether you’re interested in teaching or just wish to grow as a practitioner, the training includes comprehensive instruction in yoga asana, breathwork, philosophy, anatomy, and more, all taught in an inclusive and supportive environment. 🧘‍♀️

Program Tracks & Dates👇🏼
Certification Track (YTT)
* Duration: April 1st – December 5th, 2026
* Includes: Yoga postures, pranayama, anatomy, meditation, teaching methodology, and more!

Non-Certification Track (YST)👇🏼
* Duration: April 1st – September 24th, 2026
* Focus: For students who want to deepen their yoga practice without pursuing a certification.
