There’s a version of you that isn’t holding so much.

A version that isn’t bracing, overthinking, or carrying the weight of everything all at once.
A version that feels grounded, open, and safe in their own body.

This is your invitation back to that space.

Through somatic breathwork, we gently release what’s been stored, regulate the nervous system, and create room for you to feel good again—clear, calm, and deeply connected within.

And just when your body begins to soften, you’ll be guided into stillness with Reiki-infused energy healing and soothing sound…
so you can fully receive, integrate, and rest.

You don’t have to force anything here.
Just come as you are, and breathe.

April dates: 3rd, 10th, 17th & 25th 🤍

April isn’t asking you to do more…
it’s asking you to feel more.

To slow down enough to notice
when your body needs support, not pressure.

A few ways to stay regulated this month:

• Pause for a few deep breaths before moving into your day
• Let movement be medicine—heated, gentle, or somewhere in between
• Step outside and let the sun touch your skin (yes, it matters)
• Shake, stretch, or sway—release what you’re holding
• Create small moments of stillness (on your mat or off)
• Come back to your breath… again and again

This is your reminder:
you are allowed to move through this month with softness.

We’re here to hold you in it 🤍

Step onto your mat… and meet the version of you that doesn’t hold back. ✨

Whether you’re craving heat or something slow and grounding, we have a space for you here. From heated flows to non-heated gentle classes, athletic movement to deep stretch—every body, every season, every intention is welcome.

And when you’re ready to go even deeper, join us for breathwork to release stress and tension, or sink into a private Reiki session to reset your energy from within.

Come as you are—we’ll meet you there. 🤍

Have you booked April’s women’s circle yet? 👀

Embodied Confidence: The Woman Who Takes Up Space 🌹✨

This Women’s Circle is for the woman who is ready to stop shrinking…
and start fully arriving in her body.

Held just before the Full Moon, this gathering invites you into a powerful space of release, expansion, and embodied confidence.

Together, we will gently shed the layers of self-doubt, overthinking, and holding back…
and begin to anchor into a deeper sense of safety, presence, and self-trust.

Through guided meditation, breathwork, and feminine embodiment practices, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, soften into your natural rhythm, and explore what it feels like to take up space — not through force, but through grounded presence.

This is not about becoming someone new.
This is about remembering the woman you already are.

If you’ve been craving deeper connection — to yourself and to other women — this space is for you.

Let this be your permission to slow down today.
To move gently, breathe deeply, and come back home to yourself.
Nothing to prove. Nowhere to rush. Just you, your breath, and this moment. 🤍

The final breathwork journey of the month 🌬️✨

A space to release what you’ve been carrying…
to soften what’s felt heavy…
and to come back home to yourself before we step into something new.

This isn’t just a class — it’s a reset.
For your nervous system, your mind, your energy.

Come exhale the month with us.
Let’s clear, ground, and realign… together.

🚨 THIS WEEKEND!! 🚨
Want to learn a strong, stable, and properly aligned headstand?

This workshop will give students the knowledge, structure, and tools needed to practice headstand safely and confidently.

Even if you currently believe headstand isn’t something you can do, this workshop will show you how to start building toward it and give you the experience of being upside down safely with an experienced teacher by your side

This class is designed for:
• Students who have never been on their head before
• Those who have experimented with headstand but want better alignment, strength and confidence
• Yoga teachers who want to teach headstand safely and intelligently

In this workshop you’ll learn:

• Proper head, hand, and arm placement
• How to use props for support and alignment
• How to safely enter and exit headstand
• Strength-building exercises that will make getting up into the headstand and staying in the headstand easier
• The key efforts and principles that create a strong and steady inversion

The class is taught in 5 progressive stages.

Your job is simply to listen to your body and recognize when you’ve reached your current edge. If that’s Stage 2, perfect. That tells you exactly what strength to build next.

You’ll leave this workshop understanding how to safely build toward a confident, well-aligned headstand, and experiencing what it is like to be upside down.

Gentle doesn’t mean easy… it means intentional 🤍

If you’ve been curious about Gentle Yoga, here are 5 beautiful reasons it might be exactly what your body (and nervous system) is asking for:

✨ 1. It calms your nervous system
Slow, mindful movement paired with breath helps shift you out of stress mode and into deep relaxation.

✨ 2. It’s accessible for every body
Whether you’re brand new, healing, tired, or simply craving softness—this space meets you exactly where you are.

✨ 3. It supports recovery & healing
Perfect for easing tension, reducing inflammation, and giving your body time to restore instead of push.

✨ 4. It builds strength—gently
Don’t be fooled… slow movements wake up stabilizing muscles and create a quiet, lasting strength.

✨ 5. It reconnects you to yourself
In the stillness, you can actually hear your body again—your intuition, your breath, your needs.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do… is slow down.

Come soften with us 🤍
