A healthy root begins with Faith, but is also connecting to the Earth. Get your earth time, early morning sun and watch the traumas. Faith should step in first when trauma reacts but there are tools to help you get there with support. Breath, movement, awareness... they get the traumas moving upwards and out, to the Divine, with your prayers. You are loved and there's a natural system to help you process everything you fight. Put on the full Armor of Yah, and keep your spirit strong, but make sure you care for the physical, getting all of your basic physical needs met. Getting the proper amount of sleeping, eating, hydrating, using the restroom properly...there's more to this than we realize. It's a constant. And that's because everything in the spiritual reflects itself in the physical (in all the work it takes to become a human) except the constant need of the spirit is that of a constant burning light in the cosmos...a spark of the Divine.
Thanks to Yeshua for all He's done
through the Holy Spirit.

Healing is not something to be rushed—it takes the time it needs. Let go of self-judgment and all the unrealistic expectations you hold yourself to.

You are not your disease or illness. Your disease is not your enemy, it is simply a signal, guiding you to what your body and soul need you to acknowledge and address.

Pain is often a reflection of unprocessed emotions, calling for your attention. Allow yourself to feel those emotions fully, without shame or judgment. Release the pressure of a self-imposed timeline for healing. Instead, lean into what your body is holding onto—the layers of trauma and pain buried deep within, encased in scar tissue formed for survival.

Your body has been protecting you all along. Symptoms are not the enemy; they are your body’s way of crying out for help after years of enduring survival mode without proper care. Stop shaming yourself for having symptoms—they are messages, not failures.

You haven’t failed.

You aren’t a failure.

It’s time to show your body love.
It’s time to slow down and listen.
It’s time to tune into your symptoms and honor the messages they carry.
It’s time for deep nourishment.
It’s time for rest.
It’s time to ask for support.
It’s time to love yourself back to health.
You are worthy of the same love, care, and support that you have always given to others.

It’s time.

This is my highlight for today on cleanse meal prep. Fire roasted tomatoes that can be used for many purposes! Here's my recipe:

3 large tomatoes, quartered, seeds removed
5 cloves garlic sliced in long pieces
2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 sprig oregano, chopped
3 pinches Celtics sea salt
Fresh ground black pepper- to taste

Heat oven to 400°. Put parchment paper on baking sheet and place quarted tomatoes, seeds removed. Next, slip sliced garlic into the crevices left over from the removed tomato seeds. Then, drizzle olive oil over them, followed by sprinkling the oregano, Celtic salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes.
*If you're not going to use them right away in something like tomato bisque, then allow to cool completely before storing in the fridge. They will last up to 4 days and can be used in a myriad of recipes! Get ready for your house to smell amazing!!! The juices this made left on the pan are simply divine! Enjoy.🍅🫶
