With school back in session 📚📝, it’s the perfect time to add yoga to your weekly rhythms- either coming back to it or starting for the first time. This feels like a good time to do a little re-introduction as well. 🌟Please SHARE 🌟 to help invite others to this community ❤️

✨ I’m Katie, and I started Yoga to Love Our Bodies because I knew that I needed a weekly practice in community. I’ve had a personal practice for about 16 years now, as I first found yoga as a way to heal from post-partum depression after my oldest son was born.
💞 This class will help you gain strength and resilience in your body… but this isn’t really a “work out” class. You won’t ever hear me talk about sculpting or trimming anything 😳 Instead, I see movement as a way to show love to our bodies- and our minds. The tone of class will focus on listening to ourselves, embracing choice in how we move through our practice, exploring our needs, and building compassionate self-connection.
🧘 We are usually a small group: 4 to 5 is typical. Sometimes we have more. I still do class if just one person comes- and we have a lovely time! There’s no “have-tos” - in the postures or registration or cost. It’s all an invitation for you to listen to your body and respond in a way that honors what you need and who you are.
