In our practice, we talk daily about setting and maintaining boundaries. We talk so often about boundaries because most of us have little idea how critical boundaries truly are to well-being. If you are constantly attending to the needs of others and not yourself, then you are responsible for your abandoning yourself. It’s a hard truth, but overcoming this hurdle will vastly improve your overall well-being.
