Sammi Brown Fitness started in 2015 after I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology and Business from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. Studying what I love for years has given me the insight to help women of all ages. As of now I offer personal training in the comfort of my client's homes, online training & nutrition programs, as well as fitness challenges. Hi friends! For those that may not know, we welcomed our third baby on 2/11. She is a literal dream!

I have been on maternity leave for about a month now and will slowly be opening my books again next week.

As of now I will not be taking on any new clients, but promise to keep you all posted when I do!

Thank you all for your patience as I soak up all these newborn snuggles.
