📚 Booksgiving is Back! 📚

Our HUB group is spreading the joy of reading once again by collecting used books to fill local Little Libraries in the community! Donations are welcome at any of our programs through Wednesday, November 26th.

A big thank you to everyone who has already contributed — our donation table at the office is looking just like last year’s, and we can’t wait to see it overflow with even more stories and adventures for readers of all ages!

Our Delco programs hosted their annual Fall Fest, bringing together individuals we support, their families, and our incredible staff for an afternoon filled with good food, music, smiles, and plenty of time to enjoy each other’s company. It was the perfect way to welcome the season and celebrate the connections that make Peaceful Living feel like family.

🥧 As we look ahead to Thanksgiving, we’re excited to keep that warm spirit going. Families are invited to join us once again for a Thanksgiving meal right here at the program, where we’ll gather around the table, share delicious food, and enjoy time together in gratitude.

🌊☀️ Vacation Vibes for Kim! ☀️🌊

One of our residents and attendees of Indian Valley Creative Gifts, Kim, recently enjoyed a well-deserved getaway to Ocean City — and it looked like the perfect trip! 🏖️

Kim’s favorite moments included seeing the horses, getting pampered with a fresh hair and nail day, and enjoying some truly delicious meals out. 🍽️💅🐴

A big shoutout to her staff, Lauren, who was her partner in crime throughout the adventure — helping Kim live her best life on vacation and create memories to last a lifetime. 💙

Our Family Services (HUB) group recently spent time at Engage Art Studio, enjoying a fun and relaxing pottery painting class! From choosing colors to adding personal touches, everyone had the chance to express their creativity and take home something uniquely their own. 💙

Opportunities like this are made possible through the generosity of our donors, whose support helps us provide meaningful activities and experiences that enrich the lives of the individuals we serve. 💛

🍁🎃 Fall Fun at Indian Valley Creative Gifts! 🎃🍁

Our individuals have been making the most of the season with a variety of activities. They enjoyed the crisp autumn air while exploring a pumpkin patch, found moments of calm and focus in yoga class, and gave back to the community by volunteering at the thrift store, helping price items for the sales floor.

💖🎗️ Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Month! 🎗️💖

Our Delco Creative Gifts individuals got involved this month by learning about breast cancer, making awareness bracelets, and wearing pink to show their support.

Activities like these help promote education, compassion, and solidarity — and we’re proud to see our individuals participating in meaningful ways to raise awareness and support the cause. 💛
