Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Harlingen We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

Happy 104th birthday to Ms. Barrientos! 🎉🎂 She was surrounded by her loving family, fellow residents, and team members on her care team—it was truly a celebration filled with joy and gratitude. The day was made even more special with a proclamation presentation by Constituent Manager Brenda Watson on behalf of Senator Adam Hinojosa—such a meaningful honor!

We enjoyed a delicious cake, sang Happy Birthday, and celebrated a truly wonderful woman! Thank you to everyone who helped make this day so special! 🌟

The egg hunts begin at 10:15am and will be organized by age group, so everyone gets a chance to join the fun:
🥚 0–3 years old
🥚 4–7 years old
🥚 8–13 years old
