Woke up this morning and set the intention for SPEED on my 11 mile bike ride. With road crossings & cars as part of the factor of having to slow it down I’d say my intentions were met! Average speed for the ride was 14mph 🚴‍♀️💨 it’s going to be a good day 😁😮‍💨
