I am so excited to share with you a very dynamic chair, fitness class!
Who is it for? Anyone who has been away from the gym for a while. Wants to get excited about losing some inches. Getting strength, balance and stamina back.
Deep stretches, breathing and movement. All using a chair.
This will be a fun class. The first class TUESDAY ONLY will be FREE!
