You have served well, my friend! If anybody has ever had a crystal bowl that breaks or cracks I know you hear me!

Have you tried Kundalini Yoga? This is a dynamic class that gives you energy, clears the mind, activates your magnetic field, all through breath work, mudras and mantras. Warm up exercises, not yoga poses. Mostly done on the floor. Then a kriya meditation, shavasana with healing gong, ending with another small kriya practice. I guarantee you will feel amazing!!!!!
It is not the same as a traditional hatha yoga class.

My first review. "During the Gong bath, I felt like I was being wrapped in waves of sound. the vibrations weren't just something I heard- they moved through my entire body. At first, my mind was busy, but gradually, the sounds seemed to wash away my thoughts. I lost track of time and entered a kind of dreamlike state. It was like floating-weightless and calm, yet I could feel energy shifting inside me. Some moments were intense, almost like an emotional release, and others were incredibly peaceful. When it ended, I felt both grounded and expanded like I had been cleared out, rebalanced and renewed"
