I literally just posted that the “sweet spot” for 4D images is 26–32 weeks…
and then THIS chubby-cheeked 36 weeker walked in and stole the whole show 😍💜

Every baby is different. Position, hydration, placenta placement, and personality (yes… personality already 😉) all play a part. And sometimes, late third trimester babies show up ready for their close-up.

Those cheeks though?! Worth it. 💜✨

Wondering when the best time for a 4D ultrasound really is?
Let’s break it down 💕

✨ The sweet spot: 26–32 weeks

This is when:

Baby has filled out and has those cute cheeks

Facial features are more defined

There’s still enough room for movement and expressions

Earlier than 26 weeks, babies can look a little lean.
After 32 weeks, space gets tight and faces can be harder to capture.

Every baby is different though — some show off early, some stay shy until the end 😉
