This little guy spent part of his session making sure we saw BOTH the smirk AND the toes 😭🤍

One thing I love about ultrasound sessions:
babies already have so much personality before they’re even born ✨

Some are shy.
Some are wild.
Some sleep through the entire appointment.
And some absolutely know they’re being cute 😂

The tiny smirk is what took me out 😭👶🏼

hydration matters A LOT during pregnancy ✨

Not only is water important for mama and baby, but good hydration can also help create those soft, clear little 4D moments everyone loves so much 🤍

The puffier cheeks…
the tiny lips…
the sweet little face details… 👶🏼✨

Sometimes the best prenatal photos happen after a mama has been seriously loving her water for a few days 💦🍉

So today’s assignment:
fill the Stanley
grab the cold drink
eat the watermelon
and let baby enjoy their little spa day 😭✨

One thing moms notice really quickly this time of year:
✨ hydration matters A LOT ✨

Especially before ultrasound appointments 👀

More water can help with:
🤍 clearer images
🤍 better fluid levels
🤍 more baby movement
🤍 puffier little cheeks in 4D

Basically:

One of the sweetest parts of this job is getting to watch families come back and see just how much has already changed ✨

and the studio gets quiet again 🤍

I always stop for a second and think about how many tiny moments happen in this room.

The first time hearing a heartbeat…
finding out if baby is a boy or girl…
seeing little smiles, stretches, and tiny kicks on the screen 👶🏼✨

To me it will never feel “routine.”

Because for every family that walks through these doors…
these are moments they’ll remember forever 🥹

And honestly?
Getting to be a small part of that will always mean something to me 🤍

Every ultrasound appointment is basically a surprise personality reveal 😂👶🏼✨

Some babies:
💕 show off the entire session

Some:
🙈 hide behind their hands dramatically

Some:
🥊 kick the probe nonstop like they have something to prove

And some?
😴 sleep through the whole thing like they pay rent already 😭

Honestly, one of my favorite parts of this job is seeing all the tiny little personalities start showing up before baby is even born 🥹🤍

And somehow…
every single one completely steals our hearts ✨

Babies really do wait for the loudest possible family moment to wake up 😂👶🏼✨

Quiet all day.

But the SECOND:
🌭 the food comes out
😂 somebody starts laughing too loud
🎶 music starts playing
🧃 tias start talking over each other

baby suddenly turns into an Olympic gymnast 😭

Kicks.
Rolls.
Tiny feet in ribs.
Full karate practice during the cookout 💀

And honestly?
I love thinking about how babies are already getting familiar with the voices and chaos of the people who are going to love them most 🥹🤍

Tiny little Memorial Day weekend memories already happening before baby is even here ✨
