My experience at Back to Action was very positive. They certainly live up to their name! I was able to get back to normal after undergoing two knee replacements (back to back). The staff was very friendly, caring, patient, and knowledgeable. Check them out!

I had never had back pain until I was pregnant with my daughter. Honestly never thought anything of it because I do understand that in pregnancies that can occur, but it continued even after my birth. I went through a tough C-section while also had to experience the recovery that was difficult. Coming to Back to Action really helped and I honestly didn’t think it would make a difference.

I wanted to stop coming and I’m very grateful I didn’t because now I can walk just fine and bathe my daughter with no back pain. I can be an active mom and do so much more now. I’m glad I continued my journey of physical therapy , the staff is amazing they are all friendly! They make coming to physical therapy fun and I enjoyed my time here.

My time here at Back to Action has been very rewarding experience. The staff Lexi, Joey, Hector and of course the main peep Paul Trevino have been extremely helpful and professional in treating my chronic back pain. And of course thank you to Dani in the front desk has always kept me informed of my schedule.

I highly recommend Back to Action as a therapy place to get you back on your feet and back to action in what you’re used to doing.

When I first showed up , I had extreme pain in my hip. It was only thanks to Paul and his team that I was able to overcome that pain, and with time I felt so much better. I confidently state that my pain is virtually non-existent. I want to give everyone at Back to Action my sincerest gratitude!
