Lena Speck Hopkins, MD, is a skilled and experienced OB/GYN who specializes in general gynecology, obstetrics, and aesthetics. Her individualized approach to care and friendly staff make women of ages feel welcome at the office in Harlingen, Texas.
Dr. Speck Hopkins earned her medical degree in 2000, from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, and she completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas. She’s certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, and she’s been recognized as a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
Dr. Speck Hopkins listens carefully to her patients’ questions and concerns and makes sure they are informed about their options for treatment, so they feel empowered to make their own choices about their health. Women trust her compassion and skills for a variety of services, including well-woman exams, Pap smears, obstetrics, management of menopause symptoms, treatment for endometriosis, pelvic pain, uterine fibroids, and laparoscopic surgical procedures.
