The class will be held Tuesday mornings starting August 12th and be held for 6 weeks. Spots are very limited, so please call 956-367-3101 to sign up.

Class updates for next week!

The 9:30am Spin class will be cancelled July 21st & July 23rd.
The 8:30am TRX class will be cancelled July 22nd, July 24th, & July 29th.
The 6:30pm Step Aerobics class will be cancelled July 23rd.

Please be sure to try out any of our other free exercise classes while we wait for these great classes to resume again!

Class update! The same class you fell in love with has a new time. Pulse45 will no longer take place in the morning and will be moving to the evening.

July 24th & July 31st class will now be held 6:00pm to 7:00pm at the Harlingen Community. Then beginning August 5th classes will be held every Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm to 7:00pm.

Heads up everyone! Circuit weight training is moving to the evening! July 24th and 31st at the Harlingen Community Center from 6-7pm. Then starting August 5 class will be Tuesdays and Thursdays from 6-7pm. For more info call (956) 367-3101
