With extensive experience in strategic initiatives, technology modernization, value based care, and interdisciplinary team development, she brings a proven record of transforming community health systems.
Now based in the Rio Grande Valley, Alicia is deeply committed to understanding the unique needs of our border communities — from language and culture to workforce challenges and socioeconomic barriers.
