💔 La fibromialgia: el dolor de todo lo que no dijiste

Sabías que la fibromialgia es conocida como la enfermedad de las emociones no expresadas.
No porque sea “mental”, sino porque el cuerpo tiene una forma muy extraña y muy honesta de gritar lo que el corazón calló por años.

La ciencia dice que afecta músculos, nervios y energía.
La vida dice que afecta historias, heridas y silencios.

Y es que muchas personas con fibromialgia tienen algo en común:

✨ Aprendieron a ser fuertes cuando estaban rotos.
✨ Guardaron lágrimas que nadie vio.
✨ Callaron para no molestar.
✨ Sostuvieron familias enteras mientras ellas se desmoronaban.
✨ Se tragaron palabras que necesitaban salir.

Hasta que un día… el cuerpo habló por ellas.
Habló en forma de dolor, cansancio extremo, hipersensibilidad, ansiedad, insomnio.
Y entre cada síntoma había una frase que nunca se dijo:
