So yesterday was the end of my 6th Jump Start. I can’t believe how much better I feel than I did in February when I started. I have more energy and actually am able to do stuff after I get home from work. Have I done everything 100% correctly? Nope! But I’ve tried (most days) to stick to the plan. In between JSs I do stray a little but try not to very much.

Stats since February are:
Weight: -30.4 pounds
Bust: -5 inches
Waist: -4.75 inches
Hips: -4 inches
Thighs: -3.5 inches
Upper Arm: -1 inch.

Young Living Peppermint is one of my VERY FAVORITES! It has so many uses that it's like my little pocket buddy.

I apply it to my head when I need to, on my tummy after a meal, on my muscles around my neck & shoulders. It's almost instant gratification.

The whole body communication system is intertwined. Emotionally AND physically. That's why it's SO IMPORTANT for the communication to flow with ease and grace. If it doesn't- we don't feel well. We have pain. Either physically or ..... emotionally.
That's why we scan. To see where it's flowing and where it's blocked. Blocked electrical flow equals a struggling body.
