Introducing Laura Davis and thankful to have her with us at In The Garden Counseling. Currently accepting new clients ages 5 and older.
Laura is a Licensed Clinical Social Work Associate (LCSWA), licensed in 2022, with a passion for supporting individuals through life’s most challenging and meaningful moments. She earned her Bachelor’s in Social Work from East Carolina University in 2013 and her Master’s in Social Work from University of New England in 2015.
Her professional background includes work as a hospice social worker, in a children’s home setting, providing school-based therapy, and in private practice. These diverse experiences have allowed her to support clients across the lifespan with a variety of needs and life circumstances.
Laura strives to meet clients where they are, offering a non-judgmental and safe space to explore emotions and share experiences openly. Laura is passionate about walking alongside individuals as they navigate grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
Using a person-centered approach, Laura focuses on helping clients discover their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.
