When our community needed help and support in the aftermath of the Hill Country Flood. These are just a small few who volunteered to come show their love and support. I appreciate everyone that has came to help and anyone who donated to the recovery and rebuild efforts. You are all a blessing and a light of hope in a dark time.

The donated club car has been in my way and difficult to deal with since it became inoperable. So i traded it off along with about $2K for another that is operational with upgrades that will make it more usable here on the property. Win.

What we are dealing with here is nothing in comparrison to the disastererous flooding in the hill Contry. The morning of the 4th of July 2025 we experience what i estimated was 10+ inches(13" actual) of rain during the night. I experienced running water like never before on the property. That water was already headed down the tributaries to join with other flows in the Guadelupe River basin. I had been up and seen the NOAH warnings on my phone as my 4 dogs weren't at peace in the thunder storm. My internet wifi and cel service are spotty at best here especially during bad weather but the warnings were broadcast and I did get them. I bought this property for many reasons including it was not near a creek or in a floodplain. We are safe although made uncomfortable by the storms that hit here. We had some dame to the road coming to the gate and as always with any rain the place is a muddy mess.

The right amount of chili, sliced sharp cheddar cheese and buttery club crackers plated up on a custom cutting board. Thats is good let me tell ya.
