Day one of Operation Recovery Drive: we had several people stop to donate to the group, a few stop with coats and a couple come get food bags. We still have a lot to hand out so if you need some food for Thanksgiving or a warm jacket COME SEE US tomorrow between 4-7!!! ❤🤗🦃

REMINDER: If anyone cannot make the upcoming food & coat drive on Monday or Tuesday, you can also drop off your donations at the Farmers Cody Anderson Agency across from Harps on 29th & Harrah Rd any time between now & then.

OR if you need to, you can PM me and we can arrange to pick up your donations.

Good morning neighbors!!! I know there's a few here who know my story, but for those who don't, just to briefly sum up: I'm an addict/alcoholic in my 3rd year of recovery. Living out here in Harrah, well I love it, but there's not any options for meetings out here lol so....Im going to start hosting meetings right here in town! The Big Book says all we need is 2, and the Good Book says "where 2 or more are gathered in my name, there I'll be" so I'm not limiting this to AA or NA, nor is this a church function. these meetings will be open to anyone struggling with addiction or alcohol. It is my great hope to build a strong support system for those still struggling and those working recovery. Even if you're not in active addiction but you're child, husband or best friend is....please join us! One of our local churches has graciously allowed me to host this group in their fellowship Hall so we will have plenty of space! If you have any questions, please msg me! 🤗

WELCOME, HARRAH FAMILY!!! I'm SUPER excited to start this group and meet all of you! This page is where I will post meeting dates & times and if there are any changes or special events in our group upcoming. Here you may also ask any questions or just connect with others who come to our group. "It takes a village" doesn't just pertain to raising children.... It applies to sobriety as well! It takes a village of love, support and "forced" accountability to guide us on this recovery journey and this is where you'll get it!
