It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear colleague and friend, Terri Bacon. Terri devoted 35 years to The Family Care Center, serving our patients and supporting our staff with incredible loyalty and compassion.
She was part of the backbone of our clinic, someone we could always rely on, someone who made our days brighter, and someone who truly embodied what it means to care.
Terri will be profoundly missed by all of us.
Please keep her family in your prayers.💕

Are you reliable, customer-service oriented, and love working in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Full-Time Receptionist to join our friendly medical team!

🖥️ Key Skills:
✅ Prompt, reliable, and self-motivated
✅ Excellent multitasking & customer service
✅ Strong phone etiquette
✅ Typing speed of 40+ wpm
✅ Advanced computer skills a plus
✅ Experience with EHR, insurance entry, scheduling, and front desk duties preferred (not required - will train a promising candidate)

💼 Duties Include:

Checking patients in/out

Collecting co-pays and balancing end-of-day reports

Answering phones & scheduling appointments

Handling faxes & other admin tasks

🎓 Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Required)

Medical office experience preferred (but not required)

Familiarity with medical terminology and computer systems is a plus

📅 Schedule: Monday - Friday
💲 Pay: Based on experience
