This class was so much fun! The Ice House: Wellness & Community and Jessica Moyer are absolutely incredible! The moment you step in you feel a welcoming, loving peace like VIBE from the people and the building itself!! It was a great class and we got to share a few laughs all while learning to safe a life on Friday night! ❤

A quick reminder!! Stay hydrated my friends!! Please stay cool out there this week and recognize these symptoms for yourself and others...especially the elderly and children!! It does not take long to be outside and have these symptoms! Heat exhaustion can turn into heat stoke quick!!!
