As a mother of five I’ve spent so much of my life giving to everyone else. I thought that showing up for my family, my work, my life was enough. But over time I realized I had lost touch with myself, with my body, with my joy, my pleasure, and my confidence. I was moving through life on autopilot, showing up in ways that weren’t fulfilling, sexually, romantically, emotionally, in every way that matters.

It took facing that pain, feeling it fully, and learning to reconnect with my body, my intuition, and my desires to find my way back to myself. I learned how to feel confident in my choices, how to trust my instincts, and how to fully embody my power. That’s what guided me to create Somatic Sisterhood. I want to help women come back to themselves, reconnect with their bodies, feel their pleasure, their joy, their passion, and live from that place of confidence and clarity.
