To qualify for prizes and giveaways, health assessments must be completed within ONE WEEK of the start of classes. REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED.

UPMC Healthy Harrisburg, supported by the UPMC Pinnacle Foundation, is a wellness initiative focused on improving the health of local residents through free programs in fitness and education, empowering individuals and families to lead healthier lives. All classes and education are free to Harrisburg-area residents.

As someone who has been a healthcare professional both clinical and corporate for 19 years, many of you know my why: I lost my father to sudden cardiac arrest when I was just 14 years old. I tried to help, but I had no CPR training at the time. Years later, I recognized the warning signs in my uncle and got him to the hospital just in time before he went into cardiac arrest. Those two moments changed my life.
