Direct Support Professionals (DSP) Support adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities (IDD) or Autism to live their life to its fullest. Hiring Immediately, no experience necessary! Full-Time and Part-Time
As a DSP you will collaborate with adults who have an intellectual/developmental disability or Autism, where they live, and in community settings, to help them achieve the goals and objectives they have established for their own lives. We refer to our program participants as “Friends”. They live in a community home typically provided to us by their family; that’s one of the things that make our program special: Person-Centered and Family oriented.

We are looking for DSPs for our residential home in the Linglestown PA area. This is a single person home where we provide 24/7 support. Staff members provide typical support and assistance with daily living skills, transportation, household chores, and community activities. Please contact us for the full job description.
Pay range for this position $13.50 - $17.00 (based on experience and education), for all shifts, full-time or part-time. Three shifts per day, 7 days a week, flexible hours and short shifts are available.
Specific Qualification Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School or equivalent
- Valid Drivers License, with up-to-date vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection
- Pre-employment physical, including screening for TB and COVID-19
- Criminal Background Check (done by LLMW)
Experience is welcome but not required. We are looking for compassionate people who want to share their time with our Friends who need help to live their life on their own terms – their own way. Extensive training is provided, and promotion opportunities exist for those eager to succeed and grow in their responsibilities.
