♥️This is my family, they are my everything. They are the strength that pushes me to be better. I want to be an example of someone they can be proud of. They are LITERALLY the reason I live and breathe everyday (that’s actually a longer story….. in my upcoming book Me, God, and the Four Walls…. 🙏🏻🙌🏻keep your eyes peeled for it soon!)
👩‍⚕️I’ve been a nurse for 30 years. I have always been a huge advocate for my patients and my clients. If you have already visited me for services, you know that I am also an educator.

15 years of my nursing career was focused on women’s health.
💋So, yes, you will hear all about holistic health, self breast exams, going to see the dermatologist yearly, colonoscopies, using sunscreen , listening to your body and taking your folic acid….among other things.
👀I can’t think of a single topic I haven’t shared with someone.
When you come to see me, I want you to feel comfortable, safe, at ease, and confident.
