Planet Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered Day Shift Nurse to join our growing care team in Harrisburg, PA. This role provides one-on-one skilled nursing care to clients in the comfort of their homes. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality, individualized care, this is the perfect role for you.
This is a Monday–Friday, Day Shift position.
📅 Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Responsibilities
~ Provide skilled nursing care according to prescribed physician orders
~ Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care in the home
~ Assess each client’s physical, psychosocial, and emotional condition
~ Develop individualized care plans to support overall health and safety
~ Document and communicate client progress, concerns, and needs
~ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and healthcare providers to maintain continuity of care
~ Ensure safety, comfort, and dignity in every interaction
Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you must have:
🎯 Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
🎯 Current TB test or Chest X-Ray
🎯 Current BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification
🎯 One year of prior nursing experience preferred
🎯 Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient-centered approach
🎯 Reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently
