Last week was and we were excited to celebrate the moments that make our community bloom.

Throughout the week, we honored the dedicated team members who bring compassion, connection, and comfort to our residents every single day. From our vibrant “Parade of Joy” Carnivale celebrations to laughter-filled activities and meaningful moments together, our celebration highlighted the spirit and energy that make life at Capitol so rewarding.

We were also proud to show appreciation for our incredible staff with special Bogg Bag gifts as a small thank you for the hard work, kindness, and dedication they bring to our community each day.

From laughter-filled activities to heartfelt connections, Skilled Nursing Care Week is a time to recognize the people who help our residents feel supported, valued, and at home.

Please join us in congratulating our Employees of the Month Raven Wiest, Medical Records and Ricky Carroll, Housekeeping.

With a total of 17 years combined experience from these team members, they continue to make a meaningful impact through their hard work, consistency, and commitment to our residents and facility each day.

Raven does an outstanding job in Medical Records while also supporting Central Supply and helping keep the units well stocked. She is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and the important role she plays in keeping everything running smoothly.

Ricky plays a key role in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, always bringing a smile and a pleasant manner to every interaction. He is truly appreciated by both residents and families, and was proudly nominated by peers as well as residents for his positive presence and dedication.

Through their dedication to our core values of: Excellence, Respect, and Passion - Raven and Ricky truly embody the definition of !
