Our thoughts, if not managed or challenged, can make us act or respond irrationally. Emotions are powerful, but they make poor decision-makers. Pause before you speak or react your peace depends on it.
Mental Health Tips:
1. Practice the Pause: Take a few deep breaths before responding. Calm isn’t weakness it’s control.
2. Challenge Your Thoughts: Ask, “Is this reaction truth, or emotion?” Grounding yourself helps you respond, not react.
