Well, I'm going in for some hand and arm maintenance, with a carpal tunnel release and cubital tunnel release! 🖐️ My first surgery will be on November 20th and second one 2 weeks later, so I will be out of commission for a while. I plan on focusing on some much needed selfcare while I recover from surgery and get back to 100%. I will be sure to rest up and then get back into action come January! 💪 Looking forward to a smooth recovery and new year! 🎉

Please schedule your December and January appointments with Betty, Amy, Reese or if there any back up therapist you go to while I am out!

All appointments scheduled up until Nov. 20th are still set!

Meet Cheeto — a sweet, resilient foster pup with a bullet near his spine and a heart full of love. His foster, Bonnie, is hosting this special event to help cover potential medical costs for a painful eye condition (distichiasis) that may require surgery costing up to $4,000.

💕His foster Bonnie Carlson is on a heartfelt mission to give Cheeto the pain-free life he deserves — and to ensure SEPR can continue rescuing dogs like him. If surgery isn’t needed, all donations will still go toward medical care for other SEPR dogs. 🐶

🎊✨ Volunteer of the 2nd Quarter ✨🎊

Please help us congratulate and give a BIG thank you to Allyson as our Volunteer of the 2nd Quarter!

Allyson has been a foster with SEPR for years, and decided to take a little well deserved break once Marshmallow And Pumpkin were adopted, but she still participates in other volunteer activities!

Some of you may recognize her from our most recent Train-A-Bull class where she helped give advice to the attendees, and step in to handle a dog if one of the other volunteers couldn't make it. She has also been helping some of our newer foster families go on outings with their pups! Allyson has also been helping out with the babysitting spots that are always so plentiful during the warmer months.

The list goes on! She has a smile for humans and dogs alike. We are very happy that she is part of our organization ❤️
