Come join me with team Capital Blue Cross and bring your family including your leashes fur babies. It’s a wonderful community event for a great cause. Heart Disease is the #1 cause of death in men and women, taking more lives every year than all the cancers combined. It inflicts indiscriminately. Let’s walk this out and becoming one collective heart beat!

The Heart Walk is the American Heart Association's premiere event for raising funds to save lives from USA's #1 and #5 killers - heart disease and stroke.

It may seem
Like an odd place to do this, but the past 9 months have been dedicated to a lot of family medical issues and most recently, my mothers passing in May. So my brother and I decided to walk for the American Heart Association in her honor (though she is certainly not the first cardiac or stroke victim in our family, she is the hardest hitting) so I am throwing this up here Incase anyone wants to donate. I am already trying to think of a good chai mail for such a thing but my mind is still very scattered. But if you you are feeling generous or feel like this cause is important to you, please feel feee to donate. We set our goal low but want to exceed it by leaps and bounds.
