My 7-year-old knew the only sure way to extend her bedtime was to speak her mama’s pelvic floor love language which turned into a full anatomy lesson 😂 …(I was so proud!)
Tsehay decided sleep could wait…but educating on bowel, bladder, and pelvic floor function? Absolutely necessary at 8pm.

The longer stool sits in your colon and re**um, the more water is pulled out and the harder and drier it becomes.�💨 Breathe, don’t push —“blow before you go”�🪑 Elevate your feet — squatty potty, yoga blocks, or even a stack of books work. Knees above hips = easier, more complete bowel movements�💛 Relaxation > straining every time
