We’re expecting heat indexes up to 105°F over the next two days — that’s no joke! 🥵 Whether you’re out riding, working, or walking the dog, heat safety is no longer optional.

Here’s how to protect yourself:
💧 Stay hydrated (water, not just iced coffee 😉)
🏡 Take breaks indoors or in the shade
👕 Dress in light, breathable clothing
🚫 Avoid intense outdoor activity from 10am–4pm
⚠️ Watch for signs of heat exhaustion: dizziness, nausea, confusion, rapid pulse

Pro tip: Dehydration and heat stress can also lead to tight, achy muscles and joint stiffness. If you’re feeling the effects, we’ve got your back — literally. 😉
