When the heat came this year,I was struggling with headaches. I was drinking plenty of water though...Dr.Chris told me to make sure I was getting electrolytes too. So I picked this up and have been fine ever since. The heat is still draining, but I don't get the headaches with it. What are you doing to help yourself with the temperature outside?
