Have been working with my 2026 Fire Horse Intentions. The messages that I have been receiving from Source are clear, Do not stop. Pause, Rest, Relax, BUT DO NOT STOP!!!
I understand this to mean, we can do all we choose to do with pauses and breaks. We can achieve all we desire while also taking care of our wellbeing. Do not allow other peoples pace to determine yours!

Get your mind ready for a new beginning. 2026 is a few days away. Make it a positive year. Here are a few tips for this 1 or 10 year..Year of the Horse. This world is cray cray, but you dont have to be.
Move your body more. As much as you can. Think before speaking. You will thank me for this one.
Eat lots of veggies and drink water.
Make time for yourself everyday.
Be receptive to other people's perspectives. No need to agree, just be receptive.
Finally and most importantly be kind to yourself as well as others.
