After 20 years with the Pennsylvania Health Care Cost Containment Council (PHC4), George Gugoff, Manager of Financial Reporting, is heading into a well-earned retirement! He's been a passionate and dependable advocate for the financial data that supports our mission, always making sure stakeholders had the accurate, timely information they needed to make informed decisions. George's expertise, integrity, and collaborative, service-first approach has had a positive impact on his colleagues. He's been someone people could count on, not just for his knowledge, but for his willingness to support and uplift those around him. We're grateful for everything George has contributed during his time here. He will be missed and we wish him all the best in this next chapter!
