Correcting Leg Length Imbalance with Manual Adjustment & Piriformis Strengthening ⚖️➡️💪

Today we’re demonstrating how we address a leg length imbalance with Tyrone, whose right leg is measuring shorter than his left following his car accident. Leg length discrepancies are often related to pelvic imbalance, sacroiliac joint dysfunction, and weakness in stabilizing muscles around the hips and lower back.

During treatment, we perform precise manual adjustments to the pelvis while strengthening Tyrone’s piriformis muscle and right erector muscles — key stabilizers for the hip and spine — while also addressing restriction in his left sacroiliac joint, which can contribute to uneven leg length measurements. By restoring proper joint motion and improving muscle activation, we help bring Tyrone’s leg length closer to balanced while improving stability through the pelvis and lower back.

Using techniques like Trigenics, we help reset the nerve-muscle connection while the patient actively engages the muscles during treatment. With several Trigenics treatments within the first 1–2 weeks, many patients notice a dramatic difference in their pain, mobility, and muscle activation.

You got your full eight hours, yet when your alarm goes off, your body feels locked in position. Your neck is tight, your back aches, and it takes ten minutes of moving around before you feel remotely human.

Trigenics Treatment for Lower Back Pain & Restricted Turning Motion 🔧➡️

Today we’re demonstrating Trigenics Neuromuscular Treatment for lower back pain and restricted turning motion after a car accident. Tyrone recently suffered a wreck and has been experiencing significant lower back pain with difficulty turning to the left, so we’re focusing on activating the multifidus and erector muscles — key spinal stabilization muscles that often weaken or shut down after injury and pain.

Using Trigenics, we help reset the nerve-muscle connection while the patient moves through the restricted motion. After treatment, Tyrone immediately shows improved range of motion and easier turning to the left.

With several Trigenics treatments within the first 1–2 weeks, many patients notice a dramatic difference in their pain, mobility, and muscle activation.

If you’ve been dealing with lingering back pain after an accident, this type of treatment can make a huge difference.

Lower Back Pain Relief: Trigenics Treatment for Post-Car Accident Recovery 🚗💥➡️💪

After a car accident, it’s very common for the lower back muscles to tighten, spasm, and restrict normal movement. Even when imaging doesn’t show major damage, the muscles and surrounding soft tissue can become irritated and protective.

The good news: with the right treatment approach, patients often notice dramatic improvements in a short period of time. After several Trigenics treatments within a week or two, many patients experience a significant difference in pain, mobility, and overall function.

Today we’re demonstrating a Trigenics treatment for Tyrone, who came in with lower back pain following a recent car accident. During our assessment, we noticed he had difficulty rotating his torso to the left, a common restriction after collision injuries.

To address this, we applied a rapid release vibration tool combined with Trigenics neuromuscular activation techniques, while he performed active movement and controlled breathing.

This approach helps:
• Reduce protective muscle guarding
• Reset dysfunctional neuromuscular patterns
• Improve circulation to injured tissue
• Restore proper range of motion

As the treatment progresses, you can see his mobility begin to improve as tension in the lower back releases.

With several Trigenics treatments in the first week or two after injury, patients often notice dramatic improvements in pain relief, movement, and recovery speed.

Class 4 Laser Therapy for Jumper’s Knee 🔴🦵

Today, we’re demonstrating Class 4 Laser Therapy for patellar tendonitis (Jumper’s Knee) on the same local baseball player we treated with Shockwave Therapy.

After breaking up fibrotic, knotted tissue in the patellar tendon, the next step is accelerating healing and calming inflammation — and that’s where Class 4 laser comes in.

Patellar tendonitis develops when repetitive quad loading pulls through the kneecap and into the patellar tendon, creating overload and micro-degeneration at the attachment point just below the knee. Once that tissue becomes irritated and poorly circulated, it struggles to fully recover on its own.

Class 4 Laser Therapy delivers deep, therapeutic heat directly into the patellar tendon to stimulate cellular repair.

Here’s what the laser does:

✔️ Increases blood flow to damaged tendon tissue
✔️ Boosts oxygen and nutrient delivery
✔️ Enhances ATP (cellular energy) production
✔️ Reduces inflammation and swelling
✔️ Promotes accelerated tissue regeneration

By pushing light energy deep into the tissue, we’re helping the body heal faster and more efficiently — especially after we’ve already broken up dysfunctional scar tissue.

For athletes who are sprinting, cutting, jumping, and loading their knees daily, combining Shockwave with Class 4 Laser can dramatically speed up recovery and improve performance.

If you’re dealing with stubborn Jumper’s Knee and rest alone hasn’t solved it, this combination approach may be exactly what your tendon needs.
