Creative Home Care LLC PPE & Food Distribution!

Time: This Friday and Saturday (14th & 15th) from 10 AM to 4PM!

FOOD and PPE Supplies to the Employees as COVID-19 continues to spread, the future has never felt so unpredictable. These are challenging times for us all, and we hope you are in good spirits and health taking care of your loved ones. Right now, our office is doing everything possible to sustain daily operations and provide services to our Consumers and employees. While there is a lot of uncertainty, we know that we need to adapt fast to our changing reality. Now, more than ever, our consumers and employees need us. And we need you. In times like this, we are reminded of how interconnected we all are. Thank you for being part of our Team. Without you, none of it is possible. Thank you so much for providing compassionate care to our participants.
Secondly, we are excited to donate some food and PPE supplies to all our employees taking care of the loved ones at this difficult time. We are distributing the following food and PPE supplies on 8/14/2020 and 8/15/2020 (This Friday and Saturday).
FOOD:
· Rice: Royal Basmati 20lb, Royal Sell 20lb
· Lentils: Green Van 4lb, Kala Chana 4lb, Chana Dal 4lb
· Spices: Cumin Seeds 14g, Turmeric 14g
· Tea/Drinks: Waghbakri 2lb, Sugar 1lb, Salt 1 qty, Badam Drinks 1pkg
· Oil: Mustard oil 1 bottle
· Snacks: Rumpum noodles 1 box, Aloo bhujiya/Bikeneri 1 pkg each, Thukpa Noodles 1 pkg, Cake Rusk (no eggs or sugar) 2 package.

· Face masks 1 box of 50 counts
· Gloves 1 box of 100 counts
· Sanitizer 1 500ml
· Tylenol 1 bottle of 100 counts

Life-Sustaining Businesses

For all long-term services and supports providers offering services in the Community HealthChoices program, the OBRA waiver, and the Act 150 program, please note that you are considered life-sustaining and are therefore exempt from the Governor’s directive asking for the closure of all non-essential businesses. Long-term services and supports providers offer services that maintain participant daily living requirements in a multitude of essential ways and those providers are expected to continue offering those services through the COVID-19 crisis period.

Recommendations from Office of Long-Term Living (OLTL), PA, and Creative Home Care to the Health workers and caregivers during the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Dear employees,
Creative Home Care understands the gravity of the situation created by the spread of Coronavirus. We also understand that your hard, compassionate and sensible work to our consumers at this difficult time will give us a good and positive results for all the times. Please report us immediately if you or the consumer is sick or showing symptoms of virus. Also, please follow strictly the following OLTL guidelines to remain safe and avoid being exposed to COVID-19 and other diseases:
• Washing hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after being in a public place, or after blowing nose, coughing, or sneezing.
• Using a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol if soap and water is not readily available. People should cover all surfaces of hands and rub them together until they feel dry.
• Avoid touching eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
• Covering mouth and nose with a tissue when coughing or sneezing or using the inside of your elbow.
• Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces daily. This includes tables, doorknobs, light switches, countertops, handles, desks, phones, keyboards, toilets, faucets, and sinks.
• Staying home if sick.

CORONA VIRUS AWARENESS:

Many schools, bars, and restaurants closed across the country in an effort to curb the outbreak of Corona Virus. President Trump declared a national emergency, and the CDC recommended gathers of more than 50 people be canceled for the next eight weeks. Here in the state, Governor Wolf canceled schools for two weeks and advised to limit travels and encouraged social distancing. Our home care office works with a large population of people. In an attempt to contain spread of the COVID-19, we advise our employees and the family members of the consumers to take very good care of yourselves during this dire moment and limit your trips to offices, cancel and reschedule any non-urgent appointments. If phone line or online can be used to resolve issues, please do that instead of visiting physically. Please follow the protocol of cleaning hands as often as possible and not touch your facial parts with uncleaned hands. Namaste or just the verbal greetings are the best to greet. Let’s be bold and stand strong against this virus."
