Congratulations to SIH Harrisburg Medical Center, the latest recipients of the Traveling STEMI Trophy!
They achieved an impressive ED arrival-to-departure time of just 16 minutes—a true testament to outstanding teamwork and seamless coordination with United Medical Response.
Having strong protocols in place allows patients to be rapidly assessed and stabilized at an outside facility, then swiftly transferred to the PCI-capable center at SIH Memorial Hospital of Carbondale. These quick response times directly contribute to improved patient outcomes.
