The Journey
My name is Dave Norris and I am the owner of Blue Door Va**ng. I opened my first v**e shop in Mechanicsburg PA in 2013, 2 years after I quit smoking using v***r products.
In December of 2013, Keith Kepler visited my store, purchased his first v***r device, and soon quit smoking. Keith saw the same need that I did; sharing this life-changing technology with others. In March of 2014, Keith opened The Va**ng Vault in Linglestown. The Vault soon became the go-to place for people in the Linglestown area helping them find a satisfying alternative to smoking.
During the evolution of The Va**ng Vault, Keith hired some terrific employees that shared his passion for va**ng. In August of 2017 due to changes in his personal circumstances and life events taking a priority, Keith turned the complete operation of The Vault over to one of his most trusted employees Terry Walters. Terry was excited for this new opportunity and most of all to continue serving the customers that had become like a second family to the team at The Vault.
I was recently contacted by Terry and he brought to my attention some of the challenges that faced him in operating The Vault. While Terry remained passionate about the industry and his customers, the day to day challenges he faced in operating his own business had become daunting to him and those added pressures were draining.
