The 3 S’s you should avoid with contact lenses 🚫👁️

Sleeping | Swimming | Showering*

Here’s why it matters:
🏊 Swimming in contacts = exposes your eyes to bacteria and parasites
🚿 Showering in contacts = traps harmful microbes under your lenses
😴 Sleeping in contacts (without proper lenses) = reduces oxygen and increases infection risk
Sleeping in contacts is ONLY safe for specific lenses like Ortho-K or prescribed myopia management lenses under doctor supervision.

For everyone else? It’s a hard no.
