My heart feels full of gratitude for another weekend with amazing women… 💖. Many of us strangers a mere couple of days ago, and all of us, united now as soul sisters 🏄‍♀️👯‍♀️💫

This wraps up my 6th year of doing Uplift Adventure Retreats… my 17th retreat!! 🤩

I will forever be bonded to so many of the women I’ve been lucky enough to host over the years!

👩‍🏫 Lessons-come learn from “the best in the midwest.” I will still be teaching 1-1 lessons o with rental. $150 with rental for and hour and a half. $120 with your own equipment. Message me to arrange date/time or email julie@upliftmindbodyspirit.
