Ms. Linda has worn many hats here at The Springs of Harrison — CNA, ancillary, medical records, receptionist — and she has poured her whole heart into every single one of them. But perhaps the most beautiful thing Ms. Linda does cannot be found in any job title.
It is the warm smile she greets every visitor with. It is the friendly conversation that makes everyone feel at home the moment they walk through the door. It is the joy she brings to our residents as they sit together in the sun by the front entrance — two souls simply sharing a moment. 🌞
Ms. Linda, you are not just a team member — you are the soul of this place. Nineteen years of showing up, giving your best, and making everyone around you feel loved and valued. 🙌

In healthcare all our team members are assisted by these heroes. Social workers are the ones who ask the question that is so important: "How are you 𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘭𝘭𝘺 doing?"
They are the bridge between a diagnosis and a life. They carry the stories, the fears, and the burdens of their patients — and they do it with grace.
