Monday's are rough. Enough said. With the ever changing weather in Arkansas, we have been hearing from a lot of patients that their phantom pain has been worse than usual. It can really reek havoc on your day and sleep. We want to acknowledge the difficulties you face with limb loss, but encourage everyone to keep on keepin' on! As Winston Churchill said " If you're going through hell, keep going." This week we will be sharing tips on how you can manage that pain, but please share any tips you have in the comments as well!
