This case involved an hourglass shaped lower jaw, where the bone was too narrow to place our usual markers inside for guided implant surgery. To work around it, we placed external bone markers and used our 3D navigation system to safely and accurately place eight implants for a full lower arch restoration.

1 year post op: Management of a large cystic lesion associated with an impacted third molar.

The mandibular third molar was positioned directly on the inferior alveolar nerve. We were able to atraumatically extract the tooth, preserve sensation to the nerve, and place bone grafting to maintain support for adjacent dentition.
