I am so profoundly grateful and blessed for this opportunity!! Be careful what you pray for because my God delivers!! I had no idea 🤷‍♀️ what He had planned but I am so confidently convicted He had this mapped out for me long ago!! Thank you all for your patronage this past decade!! We purchased a new home with an indoor heated pool to offer this to our community!! Who’s next getting in this warm water?? A Himalayan Salt Cave Diet Sauna awaits the end of your session to warm the bones to acclimate back into these winter months!! Think of it as contrast therapy or reverse polar plunge! You heat up enough to tolerate these chilly airs!! Feedback is everything; so who’s next!!? If you have done this with me, post a quick statement about it so others have a variety of feedback!!!

Is G O L D! Information your mamma never told you but should have!!! Don’t blame her though, her mamma didn’t know either!!! Now you know! You’re not alone and there is help!! This subject is near and dear to my heart and the other half of my downtime hiatus story!!! If I could go back and prevent a hysterectomy I WOULD! I would NOT have that surgery!!! I would have protected my organs and spent a year on my head if that’s what it took!! Had I known!!! Save the uterus is a mission of mine!!! These things she says WORK!! You’re breathe is your literal every thing! You can massage stuck or tight tissues in the abdomen and allow the adequate space for all those organs to function with their own “breathing” room! You can flex and release with your breath to realign your soft tissues as well as your structure! YOUR POSTURE IS EVERYTHING second only to your breathe (which btw, no one should hear; not even you!!!) So, ladies; stand up straight, know what your core is and how to breathe and do let yourself be “relaxed” . . . If you are awake you should be “engaged”! If you’re suffering get your butt upside down ASAP!!! Oh; and NARMC Physical, Speech, and Occupational Therapy Has an AMAZING Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist- Specialist!! They are called special for a reason!! This is one area of your life you do not want to neglect!!! Take it from me; take action before you lose vital essential parts of your life for good!! Be proactive and protect the organs God gave you!! You only have to suffer as much as you allow yourself too!!! That is empowering ladies!!! Once you know there is a way and it’s nothing you haven’t already seen or done, meaning it’s reproducible, anyone can do, once they know!!! If you need to, go get in the know!!
