Hello everybody!!
I haven't posted on here in a minute but just wanted everyone to know I'm still here trucking along. Alot of you may have already noticed I'm not teaching my usual classes, I've backed down quite a bit. (Also havent been on socials much actually at all) I have decided to take a little bit of a break from teaching. I'm still on Mondays and Saturday morning for right now. I need to give myself sometime to BREATH! Running basically 3 small businesses,plus doing the things I want for myself on the side, plus taking care of personal stuff, its ALOT sometimes. I have so many things I want to do and try to do all at the same time and because I never ask for help (thats a me problem) I have burnt myself out, just a tiny bit. So for the summer I am keeping my class schedule light. I have alot of travel plans and am working on writing my third book plus I am also working on making things run more smoothly, at Harrison Fitness and The Wave! Thank you all for checking on me and being great friends to me, I truly appreciate it. And I am always here if you have questions or need something. Guys we are looking for someone to clean the gym. The hours are 8am to 2pm (depending on how fast you get the job done, you could leave early)
We like to clean Monday Wednesday Friday but this could be different if needed as long as things stay maintained and cleaned. The job entails cleaning showers, toilets, urinals and sinks, deep cleaning the lockerrooms! We also vacuum the entire gym, mop the 7,000 sq foot floors, re rack weights and pick up. There is alot to do and maintain. Washing towels, wiping down and disinfecting equipment and more. (This is spread out over the 3 days)
