So guys, I only have 2 signed up on the app for the 7 AM Black Friday Boxing class. Would it be better if I changed it to 5:30pm in the afternoon? Let me know. I want to put it at a time slot where, as many people can come as possible.

Some classes have been added to next week's schedule. We will have a Thanksgiving 6 AM Turkey Day Spin class. We will also have a 7 AM Feast Mode where we'll weight train and build some muscle. Then, we will also have a 9 AM. Thanksgiving yoga flow. On Black Friday at 9 AM, we will have a Black Friday HIIT Boxing class where we'll punch the bags and do some HIIT training. Then, on December 1st, we will start our holiday hustle. Be sure to check the app for the different time changes. These classes will be boot camp style! Come join us..

Here's the plan!!
Monday Legs focusing on Quads.
Tuesday Chest, Triceps and Cardio. On the cardio you pick which form you want. Treadmill, stair climber or even outdoors cardio. The goal is to push yourself as hard as you can for 15 sec, I mean you are praying for that timer to end and then you rest for 45. Repeat that for 10 rounds!
Wednesday Back, Biceps and Cardio.
Thursday another leg day focusing on the glutes and hamstrings!
Friday delts and cardio!!
Saturday you can rest or do a full body workout, come to HOLY HIIT and ill take care of you that day! Sunday rest and meal prep!!
I will explain and hopefully show these exercises soon!
You will do 4 sets each exercise, go heavy. Write down or track the weight you used. 6 to 10 reps. I want you struggling to finish those last for reps on each set. If your heart rate isnt increasing while lifting, you need to lift MORE. 😁 Let's GO!

I've had several of you guys reach out to me and let me and say how you're a little intimidated going to the gym. You're not really sure what to do and asked if I could help out maybe create a video of each day, kind of explaining different splits for the week to help you have a plan for what to do in the gym. So I'm gonna do my best to get that done for you.
