People always ask me "how do I lose the fat right here?" As they point to a specific area of their body. Unfortunately we can target where we want to lose fat, its a whole body "thing". Take the right steps and eventually, with time and patience that area will change.
Its all about the journey.
Think about how long it took you to get to where you are right now. Ok, now do you think you can just get back to your starting point over night? NO, its gonna take just as long or longer. We have to stop wanting instant gratification. We have to work for it.
