Day 34 of 44: Happy Faith Over Fear Friday, Beautiful Souls!

Congratulations on completing Week 5 of the URTHBody Transformation Journey! Your progress is inspiring, and each step you take brings you closer to becoming the person God has designed you to be.

Today, I’m shining the Superstar Spotlight on my beautiful momma, who is embracing true power in her life. She is seeking not the power of the world, but the divine power that only Christ can give. Her commitment to a healthier lifestyle and spiritual growth is truly inspiring, and I’m so proud of the transformation she’s making.

Power is given to us to become sons and daughters of God—and that’s the power my mom is stepping into. She’s showing us all how faith, perseverance, and surrender to God lead to real change. Her journey is a reminder that true transformation comes from trusting in God’s power to renew and restore us.

As we prepare to welcome the Sabbath—a time set apart, sanctified, and blessed by God—let it remind us that true power comes from Him alone. We cannot transform ourselves, but with God, all things are possible.

Please help me by sending your clapping hands in support of my beautiful momma as she makes her transition to her URTHBody. Your encouragement and prayers mean the world to us!

Day 33 of 44: The Mystery of Purity.

Is Your Body Pure?

“And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.” — 1 John 3:3

Imagine this: you’re at the grocery store, cruising through the frozen food aisle, debating if you should grab the kale or cave in to the triple chocolate ice cream (no judgment). Suddenly, you feel a tap on your shoulder. It’s Jesus. Right there, between the pizza rolls and the plant-based nuggets, He asks, “Is your body pure?”

Cue the awkward silence. You glance at your cart, suddenly hyperaware of every questionable choice sitting in there (why so many chips?). But is Jesus just asking about what’s on your grocery list. Heavens no! He’s asking about what you’re feeding your heart, your mind, and your soul. What are you stocking your “spiritual shelves” with? Are they full of His truth and love, or cluttered with worldly junk that leaves you feeling empty?

Your body is a temple, and it’s easy to treat it more like a convenience store. The question is, are you ready to do a clean sweep and restock with what glorifies God? Purity isn’t about perfection; it’s about intentional choices, even in the mundane moments like what you grab in isle 7!

Today’s Challenge: Will you Inspect your “spiritual cart.” ? Ask yourself, what needs to be put back on the shelf, and what should you be picking up instead? Remember, Christ Jesus has already paid for the good stuff…you just have to choose it.

A Prayer for you to ask for help,
Dear Lord in Heaven,
I Thank You for meeting me even in the mundane moments. Help me to see my life, my choices, and my body as gifts from You. Teach me to honor You with what I take in, whether it’s food, thoughts, or habits. Show me how to live in a way that reflects Your purity. In Jesus’ name, I pray. Amen.

Today, January 1, 2025, corresponds to י״א בטבת ה׳תשפ״ה (11th of Tevet, 5785) in the Hebrew calendar.

The Lord led me to write a poem instead for the sake of starting a new month and day in the year 5785 of the Jesus calendar 🙏🏼💜

“From Earth to URTH:
The Ultimate Restoration of Transformative Healthcare

Which Body Are You Gunna Rock in 2025?”

From Earth to URTH, a journey begins,
A transformation that heals, inside and within.
The body, the soul, aligned in His grace,
A path to restoration, a holy embrace.

The URTH Body, not just a change,
But a deep restoration, mighty and strange. It’s healthcare transformed, from the inside out, A life renewed, with faith and no doubt.

Will you choose the Earth, bound by decay, Or step into URTH, where healing will stay? The ultimate restoration, by God’s own hand, A body reborn, to His divine plan.

In 2025, the question is clear,
Which body will you rock, and hold dear?
The Earth Body, frail, or the URTH Body, bold, Restored in His image, refined as gold.
